Q: Where are we located? 

A: We are an online store only with our main office located in Washington State. 

Q: What happens after I place my order?

A: Your order goes into production. Production time depends on the product ordered. You will be notified as soon as it gets shipped and tracking number becomes available. 

Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?

A: Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are 2-4 weeks. This estimate includes production time as well. Holidays may result in possible delays. 

Q: Why does it take so long to get my order?

A: All of our products are made-to-order. We ship it right after production. As all goods ship internationally, they must go through customs and can be held there until inspected.

Q: My order has more than one product. Why are they arriving separately?

 

A: In order to provide you with a variety of products, we work with multiple production companies world-wide. This may result in multiple shipping origins. However, we still charge you a flat rate of $5.95 shipping fee (subject to change).  

Q: I am not satisfied with my purchase. Can I return it and get a refund?

A: Absolutely! We take pride in great customer service. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
