We are an online store only with our main office located in Washington State. 

2. What types of home decor items do you sell?

At Taga Stone Customs, we specialize in unique and handcrafted home decor items. Our products range from the Guam Hibiscus Tabletop Decor to the Personalize Door Hanger, bringing a touch of island charm to any space.

3. What happens after I place my order?

Your order will go into production. Production time depends on the product ordered. You will be notified via email as soon as it gets shipped and tracking number becomes available. 

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United States. You can easily add a stylish and personalized touch to your home without worrying about shipping costs.

5. What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all returnable goods within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Please note that customized products and gift cards are non-returnable. 6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Since all our products are made-to-order, please allow production time before shipping. The standard shipping time is 1-2 weeks for domestic orders and 4-8 weeks for international orders. During the holidays, shipping may be delayed. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

7. Can I exchange an item that arrived defective or damaged?

Yes, we will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us at info@tagastonecustoms.com and provide details about the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process. 

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship some products internationally. However, please note that customers are responsible for all taxes and duty fees associated with international orders. 

9. Why does it take time to get my order?

Here at Taga Stone Customs we pride ourselves in offering customization to our customers. All product are made-to-order and is shipped immediately after production. You will be notified once tracking number is available. All goods shipped internationally must go through customs before it gets to delivered to you. Once it is in customs possession we do not have control over when they will release it for delivery to you.

10. My order has more than one product. Why are they arriving separately?

In order to provide you with a variety of products, we work with multiple production companies world-wide. This will result in multiple shipping origins. All products crafted in-house will ship together at the same time while other products made elsewhere ship separately. 

11.  Can I order a different color sticker decal?

Yes! White is the most requested color for decals. You can send us a message requesting other colors before ordering, or you can place your order and leave a note informing the seller about the specific color you want your decal to be. 

12. Can I request a slight change to a posted design?

Yes! All our products are made-to-order so you can request changes to a product that is posted.

Refund Policy
